1.Main transmission unit:The main transmission unit adopts alternating current frequency inverter transforming vector to control the motor. The heat bea
t and rubber plated mesh roller synchronism adopts swing arms to control its tightness and looseness, which is characterized by assuring the tightness and
looseness of the films in the oven channels.
2.Feeder:Group 1and2 feeders adopt double working stations to pre-start,auto collecting unit and dual eye-light rectifier while the tension adopts auto tens
ion unit,which is characterized by assuring the evenness of compound films tension.
3.Rubber-plated unit:The mesh rollers control the scrapping and inking amount by scrapper.The thickness of rubber can be adjusted freely through the ink
scrappers.While the rubber roller adopts double air cylinder to higher the pre-ssure, whereas the pressure can be adjusted freely. It is also equipped with
rubber-plated film while stopping to lift automatically.
4.Construction of oven channel:The temperature in the oven channel through four-pace intelligent thermo controller.equipped with inner cycling unit, the
material-protecting roller and the heat beat can rotale synchronically, and it is equipped with gas cap heating channel and putting through film operation panel.
5.Compound heat beat and impression roller unit:Copound heat beat is heated through the hot oil to make the temperature of the heat beat evenly, saving
electricity. The press roller adopts double air cylinder. While the pressure can be adjusted freely. Performances: Save electricity power.
6.Rolling unit: It adopts double working station to pre-start and auto rolling while the rolling adopts torque motor.
